Damage side due to packaging., September 25, 2011 By  Ilia - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase( What's this?) This review is from: Convenience Concepts 121003 Northfield Modular Bookcase (Kitchen) The bookcase was shipped via UPS. After opening package I realized metal fasteners were put inside the panels, and four of them fell out the holes they should stay into. One of the metal fasteners chipped the side of the panel and made big dent in it. I didn't want to deal with a return, so I had to paint the dent with marker and place that side to the wall.
