The product arrived pretty banged up. because I was attaching it to a wall, that really didn't matter and I was able to turn parts inside out that were dinged. All parts were included and it came together in about 2 hours.
If it wasn't more hassel to ship back than it was worth, I would have returned it.

It's been sitting in the same place in California for three days now. Does anyone intend to keep it moving, so that, just maybe, it arrives here. The little comment so far available says that the shippers are bloody awful. I don't even HAVE the product yet, and my experience is saying the same thing. Perhaps the reason that it arrived for another buyer in bad shape is because it was left to rot instead of being efficiently shipped. MOVE IT ALONG, AMAZON.
